We offer the ability to retrieve lost licenses and lost application downloads to you for no charge!
You can resend your license yourself, or access it through the Customer Center. Additionally you can contact us directly if you no longer have access to your old email address.
You can manually the license by opening the 1Password Licenses window (1Password > Licenses...) and clicking the Add button. In the Add License window enter the information in exactly the same way it was provided in the purchase receipt. We recommend using Copy-and-Paste to enter everything, including your name, email and license key.
Additionally, you can automatically register your licenses by clicking the automatic registration link in your receipt email or from within the Customer Center (requires 1Password to be installed).
If you purchased one of our products and need to quickly find your License Cards or change your email, please visit the Customer Center.
If you do not already have 1Password installed on your system, you can download your copy here. The limitations in the FREE version of 1Password are removed once you install the license.
If you have already downloaded and installed the application there is no need to download a new version after purchasing a license.
