Resend License Cards

If you purchased any of our products, you can resend your License Cards and receipt information by using the form below. Simply enter the email address that you used during purchase, and we will send your License Cards right away.

If you do not have access to the email address on file and need to change it, you can do so from your customer center page. If your license is installed in 1Password, you can log into the customer center by choosing Help > Login to Customer Center from the menu bar. Your customer center page will also show your licenses and other information on file.

Emails are sent instantly so you should have the License Cards in a few seconds, however, sometimes it can take up to 5 minutes. If you do not receive your email, be sure to check your Spam folder to make sure our email was not incorrectly removed by your Spam filter.

If you cannot remember the email address you used to purchase your order, or that email address is no longer in use, you can contact us to update the email address.
